DESCRIPTION:Honour Father’s Day & International Yoga Day in a meaningful way\, leading to a Heart Opening Flow for your Self and Togetherness in the World. Let’s bring the attention within\, relax to find inner peace and the inner balance we all need. \nWe will start with gentle movements that will help us relax and open up with Mahima. Following this\, we will have a guided meditation session & learning seminar with self-realization and subtle chakra knowledge.  \nWhere: Orchard Community Hub located within St. Christopher’s Catholic Elementary School on 2400 Sutton Dr\, ON L7L 7A9 (entrance across Easton Road). \nWhen: Saturday\, June 15th at 11 am to 12:30 pm \nWe will follow the event with a light potluck. Feel free to bring something to share if you wish! (encouraged but not mandatory) \nDrop-ins are welcome\, but RSVPs are encouraged.
