SUMMARY:Heart Opening Yoga Flow & Meditation - Canada Day Event
DESCRIPTION:Honour Canada Day in a meaningful way\, leading to a Heart Opening Flow for your Self and Canadian Togetherness. Let’s bring the attention within\, relax enough to find inner peace and the inner balance we all need. \nIn this workshop\, we will go through slow beginner-friendly physical practice\, where you will explore gentle movements that will help us relax and open us up. Following the physical practice\, we will have a guided meditation session\, with a particular emphasis on the heart chakra\, leading to the Self-Realization as well to the Realization of our shared Togetherness here in Canada and in the world. \nWhere: Orchard Community Hub located within St. Christopher’s Catholic Elementary School on 2400 Sutton Dr\, ON L7L 7A9 (entrance across Easton Road). \nWhen: Saturday\, July 6th at 11 am to 12:30 pm \nWe will follow the event with a light potluck. Feel free to bring something to share if you wish! (encouraged but not mandatory) \nDrop-ins are welcome\, but RSVPs are encouraged.
