Let’s come together on a cold January day in Canada to learn about and enjoy the Sun & Earth’s subtle powers within us through Sahaja Yoga Meditation teachings and techniques. \nOptional — bring a fruit\, vegetable\, or plant from home for a simple and fun activity! \nDate: Sunday\, January 11\nTime: 12 pm to 2:30 pm\nCost: Free & Open to All\, no sign-up required! \n** Join the Community Potluck!
