DESCRIPTION:A calming\, creative time for ages 6–12 with an adult \n\n\n\n\n\n\nKids ages 6–12 and their adults are invited to slow down and connect through gratitude\, guided meditation\, and creative expression. Begin with a calming guided meditation to center the mind and open the heart\, then carry that calm into a playful clay activity.
