DESCRIPTION:An 100 Seeds of Joy event in collaboration with the Burlington Public Library. \nJoin us for our fourth and final “An Evening of Flute Music & Meditation” at the Central Library in Burlington! Spaces are extremely limited so reserve your spot here: https://attend.bpl.on.ca/event/9356627 \nExperience the soothing sounds of the Bansuri\, an Indian bamboo flute\, and learn about mental silence and its benefits. Following some simple exercises to promote calmness and tranquillity\, our presenter wraps up with Q & A session. \nPlease arrive at least 15 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
