Reservation is recommended but not mandatory: https://attend.bpl.on.ca/event/10065953 \nEnjoy a guided meditation to experience inner calm and balance\, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Bansuri\, an Indian bamboo flute. \nPlease arrive at least 15 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants.
