Our special guest singer from Montreal shares a kaleidoscope of international melodies\, including Ukrainian and Russian folk songs accompanied by guitar\, the beloved Italian classic O Sole Mio\, and two uplifting Indian hymns in Sanskrit and Hindi that are joyful and easy to sing along with. \nThis unique gathering invites you to relax\, connect\, and celebrate the universal language of music while opening the heart through mindfulness and shared song. \nPlease arrive at least 5 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended. \nThis 100SeedsOfJoy workshop is presented in collaboration with the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network.
