Diya Making & Decorating Workshop with a Guided Meditation (Open to Everyone!)

Join us for a Diwali special: a diya (earthen lamp) making and decorating meditation seminar. We will do a guided meditation to awaken our own inner lights, and use our enlightened creativity to make and decorate diyas out of clay!
Following the seminar, you are most welcome to stay for a “going deeper” seminar as well, where we will do an energy balancing workshop and other activities (including practicing songs for an upcoming event!)

- Time: 11am to 12:30 pm (followed by a going deeper seminar, till 1:30pm)
- Where? Orchard Community Hub, in St. Christopher’s Catholic Elementary School, 2400 Sutton Dr, Burlington L7L 7A9 (entrance across Easton Road)
