Flag Raising & Proclamation Ceremony @ Oakville Town Hall (FREE Event, Open to All)

Join us for a special Flag Raising & Proclamation Ceremony as we celebrate 20 years of Sahaja Yoga Meditation in Oakville and honour the UN’s International Day of Yoga.

The morning will feature the raising of the flag, remarks from the Mayor of Oakville, provincial and municipal representatives and community partners, along with live music and meditation, a musical tribute to Mother Earth, uplifting English and French songs by guest artist Ekaterina Lavrentyeva from Montreal and a local youth talent spotlight.

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to stay for photos, conversation  and sweet treats courtesy of a local Oakville Romanian bakery.

Everyone is welcome to join this joyful community celebration. Free parking is available on location!
