A Morning of Flute Music and Guided Meditation – Oakville Central Library

Relax and unwind during a unique morning of music and meditation with classically trained musician and meditator, Shivangna.
Experience the soothing sounds of the Bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute. Learn about the benefits of breathwork and mental silence on our mental health and well-being.
Our presenter wraps up with Q & A session following some simple exercises to promote calmness and tranquility.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Chairs will be provided. Bring your yoga mat if that’s your preference.
