Meditate with Sufi Poetry & Iranian Dance — An Immersive Experience

Join us for a unique meditation experience with poetry and dance! Special yogi guests from the north of Toronto, with an Iranian background, will recite Sufi poetry. We will also have the opportunity to learn a simple and collective traditional dance as well. Participate in a guided meditation accompanied by a chakra energy workshop.

We will also have a community potluck. You’re encouraged to bring a dish but participation is not mandatory 🙂
