A Family Valentine’s Day – Meditation & Art Workshop ++ Check your Energy Tree!

Join us for a Special Valentine’s Day program — immerse yourself in an hour of guided meditation and a creative workshop for the entire family. This workshop is absolutely free!
We will spend time meditating together, learning how to feel each other’s “energy tree” and learn to nourish it too. Along with that, we have a lovely valentines day themed creative activity planned for you too. All materials will be provided!
