Relax and unwind during a unique afternoon of music and meditation with classically-trained musician and meditator, Shivangna.
Experience the soothing sounds of the Bansuri, an Indian bamboo flute. Learn about the benefits of breathwork and mental silence on our mental health and well-being. Our presenter wraps up with Q & A session following some simple exercises to promote calmness and tranquility.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the program is scheduled to start to help create a serene atmosphere for all participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
